AFORMA designs knitwear in small runs. Each style is machine-knitted and hand-linked in Portugal and made in a run of 50. Below are answers to the questions we are asked most. If yours isn’t here, email us at support@aforma-studio.com.

ORDERS

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery is free.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and usually arrive 1–2 business days later. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Will you restock?

Each style is produced in a limited run. Once a size has sold out, we can’t promise it will return. Subscribe to our newsletter to hear first about new pieces.

SIZE & FIT

How do I choose my size?

All pieces are unisex and intentionally oversized. They fit true to size for a relaxed look; size down for a closer fit. A men’s Medium is equivalent to a women’s Large. Full garment measurements are on each product page under Size & Fit. Not sure? Email us your usual size and we’ll advise.

PRODUCT & CARE

What are the pieces made from?

Composition is listed on every product page under Composition & Care. Frame and Echo are knitted from Italian extrafine merino wool and cashmere; Façade and Vector from Italian EVA Miroglio viscose-blend yarn.

How should I care for my knitwear?

Dry cleaning is recommended. You can also hand-wash cold with a gentle wool detergent, or machine-wash on a delicate cycle. Always dry flat and never tumble dry. Store folded rather than hung. See our Product Care page for more.

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We don’t offer direct exchanges: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need. Full details are on our Returns page.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the digital wallets shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available on your device). All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is hosted by Shopify and all payment details are encrypted. We never see or store your card number.
