Knitwear

Wash less, handle gently, store with intent. Our knits come in two fibers: merino and cashmere (Frame, Echo), and a viscose blend for the jacquards (Façade, Vector). The steps below apply to both unless noted.

Wear

• Rest each piece a day between wears so the fibers recover their shape.
• Put perfume on before dressing, not over the knit.

Refresh

• Air out overnight instead of washing. Merino and cashmere release odor on their own.
• Steam to lift creases. Never iron directly; if you must, use a low setting, inside out, through a cloth.
• Spot clean small marks with cool water and a drop of gentle detergent.

Wash (only when needed, every 5–6 wears or at season end)

1. Turn inside out.
2. Use cool water, 30°C maximum, with a pH-neutral wool and cashmere detergent. It is gentle on viscose too.
3. Submerge and gently press. Don’t rub. Soak for 10 minutes at most.
4. Wash jacquards on their own. Multi-color knits can transfer color.
5. Rinse in water at the same temperature. A sudden change in temperature felts wool.
6. Never wring or twist. Viscose is fragile when wet, so support its full weight when lifting it from the water.

Dry

1. Press out the water, then roll the piece in a clean towel to absorb the rest.
2. Lay flat on a dry towel and reshape by hand to its original measurements.
3. Dry away from direct sun and heat. Never tumble dry.
4. Dry clean only with a cleaner experienced in fine knitwear.

Store

• Fold, never hang.
• Clean before storing. Moths feed on merino and cashmere and are drawn to body oils and food traces.
• Store in a breathable cotton bag, with cedar or lavender for wool pieces. Plastic traps moisture.

Small repairs

• Pilling is natural, especially in the first wears and where the knit rubs. Lift pills with a sweater comb. Never pull them.
• For a snag, ease it back with your fingers or pull the loop to the inside with a fine crochet hook. Never cut it.

Jewelry

Sculptural pieces that invite touch — and deserve care.

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics.
• Remove before sleeping or exercising.
• Polish gently with a soft cloth to restore their shine.
• Store individually in their pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangling.
• Over time, a soft patina may appear — this is part of their story, not a flaw.

Leather

A natural material that softens and deepens with age.

• Keep away from water, heat, and prolonged sunlight.
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use to remove dust.
• Condition occasionally with a leather cream to nourish and protect.
• Store in its dust bag with paper inside to maintain shape.
• Allow small marks or tonal shifts to become part of the leather’s character.

Clothing (Various Fabrics)

Each fabric has its rhythm — care lets it last longer.

• Follow care labels closely for each garment.
• Wash on gentle cycles or hand wash when possible.
• Avoid tumble drying; air dry flat or on padded hangers.
• Steam instead of iron to relax creases without flattening the fabric.
• Rotate wear to give pieces time to rest between uses.
