We hope you love your AFORMA pieces. Each item is crafted in limited quantities, and we want you to be completely happy with your order. Please read the details below before making a return.
Jewelry
- All jewelry purchases are final sale.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any jewelry items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Knitwear

You may return knitwear items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return: - Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or color of an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
How to Arrange a Return
- To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is confirmed, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AFORMA is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your item is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
