We want you to love your AFORMA piece. If it isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, or with tags removed, can’t be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To change size, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How to return

1. Email support@aforma-studio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.
2. We’ll confirm your return and send instructions.
3. Send the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is at your cost, and AFORMA isn’t responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
